My research interest is at the intersection of engineering, life sciences, and medicine. My focus is mainly on tissue engineering and regenerative medicine to generate bioengineered tissues using cells, biomaterials, and advanced engineering technologies. I have developed novel 3D bioprinting fabrication method and non-invasive assessment methods based on Synchrotron X-ray phase-based imaging for soft and hard tissue regeneration applications. In the Nagy lab, I am interested in translating advanced stem cell technologies to tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.
