In the recent years, advances in DNA sequencing technology have gone beyond the conventional Capillary Electrophoresis Sanger Dideoxy Sequencing.  Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) or high-throughput sequencing allows us to sequence DNA or RNA much more quickly and cheaper than previous technologies. We gladly announce the availability of this state-of-art technology in the Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute NGS Core. In addition to whole genome sequencing, we also provide a range of other NGS applications including, but not limited to, RNA-seq, ChIP-Seq, and exome capture. Bioinformatics support is also available.  Our mission is to provide quality and affordable NGS services to our scientific research community.
