Nikon Confocal

Nikon Confocal
Our newest confocal on an inverted microscope with integrated xy motorized stage. Capable of imaging multi-labelled specimens with overlapping emission. Simultaneous detection of 3 emission ranges/channels together with a transmitted light image (using either dry or oil high-NA condensor). Equipped with 408 UV, multi-line Argon (458/476/488/514), 568 and 635 nm lasers. An external spectral detector can provide live readout of emission over 32 channels. Acquisition software performs spectral unmixing, FRAP, FRET, and montage acquisition over multiple xyz fields and time. Powerful NIS-Elements analysis software.
