OPTIMA

Olympus Optigrid inverted

Olympus inverted
This Volocity run system uses structured illumination to collect confocal like quality images. Faster, widefield (also for live cell imaging) acquisition followed by the Huygens or Volocity deconvolution is possible as well as spectral separation. Olympus L shaped illuminator provides very well corrected light path. The system has also been used for acquisition of large, multi-frame, one plane, scanned-stitched images. The system is capable of confocal stereology/image analysis using Visiopharm’s NewCAST/VisioMorph software.
