Welcome to High-Content Screening Facility
at Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute

Our facility provides access to cutting edge imaging equipment. Microscopes installed at the facility allow performing high-speed imaging of multi-well plates at either low or high resolution. Depending on the application facility users can choose between wide-field or confocal high-throughput microscopes. Selected set-ups are equipped with heated CO2-supplied chambers, enabling non-invasive live imaging over time.

Facility is part of the Network Biology Collaborative Centre and works in tight collaboration with SMART robotics facility at Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute enabling seamless integration of high-content screening experiments.

Post-acquisition image analysis can be done with a variety of software, readily available at the facility. Depending on the complexity of required analysis users can choose between pre-existing assays and custom image analysis routines.
