The research programs at the Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute are focused in a number of transdisciplinary centers of excellence. The goal of these eight interrelated centers is to understand the function of our genes and how genetic pathways lead to the development of human disease. Our approach involves leading edge research teams and technology applied to health research from molecules to cells to tissues to whole organisms to populations.
