Yunui Bae, special student - (Baeyunui<at>gmail.com)
I am a PhD student at Yeungnam University School of Medicine in Korea. I came here to work on a collaboration project. My major interest is effective gene delivery using newly synthesized liposome and its transfection mechanism. In the Nagy lab, I’m participating in the study of the role of VEGF in adipose tissue using a transgenic mouse line, and also in the characterization of mouse and horse iPS cell lines. In this lab I can see the current and future science trends. It’s a really important experience and it will help me to expand my research in the future. I’m having a great time in the Nagy lab.
