I graduated in 2019 from the University of Toronto, and joined Rod’s Lab to continue my graduate studies in Laboratory Medicine and Pathobiology. Currently, I am testing whether it is possible at a molecular level to distinguish lineage-specific cancer-susceptibility to RB loss in retinoblastoma and small cell lung cancer using live cell sensors and high-content microscopy. A human embryonic stem cell-derived lung organoid system has also been built in the lab for this purpose.
