Budding Yeast Protein Kinases

Since the entire S. cerevisiae genome has now been sequenced, it makes sense to use it as a prototype for looking for members of gene families. Thus, 109 protein kinases have been identified by sequence.
The following is a list of all of the genes from a keyword search of "protein kinase" from the Yeast Protein Database. It has been sorted to remove non-protein kinases but kinase regulatory proteins have been left in. The entries have links to the gene files in the YPD. Please email me if you find errors or entries I missed.
