Deltavision Deconvolution

Decon
An inverted microscope system with fast filter-wheel based selection of excitation/emission wavelengths and sensitive camera for fluorescence detection. Calibrated point spread function of the lens allows for software deconvolution of image data to derive re-focused image free of blur. The inverted Olympus microscope is outfitted with an integrated motorized stage that allows for montage image collection or multiple site imaging over time. System can perform live cell observation, perfusion, and Fura-2 calcium imaging.
