The Quorum Modified Yokogawa Spinning Head, Hamamatsu EMCCD ultrasensitive camera, cartridges with fast filter wheels, and top stage environment chamber make this system optimized for live imaging, time lapse imaging. The spinning disc’s fixed pinholes are optimized for the 63x objective. Live Time FRAP, Photoactivation, Uncagging is possible using the Mosaic Digital Diaphragm System attached.
